  • What colors are available?

  • What is argon?
    • Argon is a gas used to fill the space between panes of glass in efficient windows. Argon gas is denser than oxygen and therefore offers insulating qualities.

  • When is the best time to install new windows?
    • There really is no best time as MR ROOF installs windows year round..
  • I have storm windows, will these stay?
    • Storm windows are not needed with our new windows and are generally removed and are typically discarded at time of new window installation.
  • Are the windows stock sizes or custom made?
    • We never try to “just make something fit” Every MR ROOF window is custom made to the opening for a perfect fit every time.
  • Will new windows eliminate carpet, furniture, and drapery fading?
    • Yes, Low e glass is designed to eliminate or greatly reduce the amount of damage associated with sun fade. All MR ROOF windows are available with low e.
  • Do you accept credit cards?

  • What is the “resale” value of new windows?

  • If the window company doesn’t pay the material bill, could I be liable?
    • Yes, you have to trust that the window company pays the material bill which often is not paid for until well after you have paid for the work. A supplier may be able to encumber your property by placing a mechanics lien against the title. This is a nightmare expense best avoided.
