Company History

The company (in it's infancy stage) was started in the 1960's as a small, family owned business doing new construction, additions, renovations, etc. We became incorporated in 1979 doing business as Mr. Roof and focusing on the residential roofing industry. Since then we have had a single goal: to provide quality roofing, second to none. And though much has changed since we started, one thing remains the same…our commitment to quality.

And part of that commitment is kept by being a company of evolution, not revolution. We don’t jump onto the bandwagon anytime a new product comes along. Instead we use only time-tested and proven products. But we are not stuck in the past either. In fact, Mr. Roof is a forerunner of roofing technology. While we only use products that are A.S.T.M. ORUL approved, some of the products we use are built specifically for us, exceeding those standards.

But even more important than the quality of our product is the quality of our people. And just as Mr. Roof has chosen to specialize in roofing, so too have our employees. And it is a specialty trade. That’s why our employees proudly wear the Mr. Roof uniform. It means that they are among "the best of the best" in the roofing business. Our roofing technicians are just that…roofing technicians.

They are not general remodelors who just happen to be doing a roof job. Our roofing technicians install roofing everyday; it’s what they do. So they install roofs faster and better than most anyone else does.

And finally, at Mr. Roof, our industry professionalism is important to us. That’s why we’re one of the few companies that belong to the National Roofing Contractors Association.
