get a Full Unconditional Waiver of Lien for material and
labor. Mr. Roof is
your only contractor able to do this since we our the
manufacturer and the wholesaler. Others must provide a
waiver from the wholesaler, and a waiver from the contractor,
because even if the contractor has been paid in full the
wholesaler still has lien rights to your property, unless
you have his waiver also. |
