Roofing

Mr. Roof installs Owens Corning shingle roofing systems as an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor. For Okemos’s older colonials and ranches, that often means a full tear-off and system replacement; for newer builds, it can mean addressing storm damage or upgrading past builder-grade materials. Our team also handles storm damage assessment and insurance coordination when a repair or replacement is storm-related.

Siding

New or replacement siding protects against Michigan’s freeze-thaw cycles while updating curb appeal, which matters in a market where home values run well above the regional average. Mr. Roof installs Market Square, CraneBoard, and James Hardie siding systems.

★★★★★
I had a great experience with Mr. Roof. It started off with a lot of detailed and informative information about the roofing materials and installation process. When the roofers arrived everyone that I interacted with was very friendly during the process. When the job was finished, I was given a tour around my house letting me know what they did (a few vents were moved from the front on the house to the back).

★★★★★
Mr. Roof was awesome to work with and we were really happy with the price. The new roof was done in a day, they did a great job cleaning up. The roofing contractor was true to his word and handled everything. Financing was super easy. Our roof was a huge job with three layers and roof board replacement. Awesome warranty! We went with the upgraded shingles which really weren’t much more and they are really beautiful! We would definitely recommend Mr. Roof for roofing in Ann Arbor. If I needed another roof I would use them again!

My aunt recommended Mr. Roof after purchasing a new roof in 2019. I called for an estimate and had someone out within the same week. The roofing contractor was not pushy and never tried to up-sell me on any other products or services. Mr Roof arrived within a week of signing the contract. The roofers arrived at 7:30 sharp! The Ann Arbor roofers were extremely professional and took extra time to prep. The gutter contractors arrived the very next day and was done within 2 hours! I am extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend them for roofing in Ann Arbor.

★★★★★
Mr. Roof did such a professional job. Several of my neighbors were having their roofs replaced at the same time and they all said they wished their roofer approached the job like Mr Roof. For example Mr. Roof had a dedicated lift truck that raised to the roof to handle the debris while the other roofers just threw it off the roof crushing my neighbors plants and damaging the gutters. Mr Roof has a dedicated truck w/ all the tools and materials to fix roof damage, while I watched the other roofers just shingle over water damaged wood. I can go on and on, our roofing contractor went through the differentiators video during the estimate and it was all true. The roofers was extremely professional and respectful of our property as well.

Overall , I had a positive experience with Mr. Roof. The roof replacement quote I received was very competitive. The roofing contractor was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions that we had. The scheduling team communicated very effectively and followed up when a re-schedule was required due to weather considerations. The roofers worked in a professional manner, finished the job in one day, and did a great job cleaning up.
