I was blowing the leaves off my roof and noticed a buckling near the ridge,I called Mr. Roof under my warranty the woman on the phone was very nice and respectful.I sent some photos with my phone,and was called back by a roofing repair tech. he said he would be over to look within an hour we went on the roof together he found another spot of interest and repaired both , he was very nice and knowledgeable, finished his work and cleaned everything up. All said and done from the initial call to him leaving 4.5 hours you cant ask for more that that I am very satisfied ,I have used M/R in the past with my other properties always satisfied

The team that took down the shingles and replaced them was very professional and courteous. They helped move things away from the house and put them back when they were done.

They put out tarps that cought most of the debris from the roof and cleaned up everything, including getting all the nails

Mr Roof was not the most expensive roofer in town, nor was they the cheapest. They are, however, an outstanding company. I highly recommend them to work on your house. Jack, and his roofing crew , were on time, professional , courteous, and respectful of my property. They truly left my yard and the cleanup looking better than when they arrived. I’m so satisfied, I’m having to come do my gutters next week.

Michael Sharpe came to my home and took pictures and he definitely was professional and personable. He knows his job and he was very through in his explanation of what I needed and how it can be done. I appreciated his candidness and his presentation was very good!

Michael Sharpe conducted a five star review and estimate yesterday at our home for a roof replacement.

Had roof leak. Aaron and Ryan replaced a storm gasket around this plumbing fixture on the roof in like 5 minutes, and did it at no charge.

I would definitely use them again in the future.

Spencer at Mr. Roof was on time to my appointment and not only did he give me quotes but he install my roof tarp the same day. I can not say this about other company’s that I had call first. I plan on using Mr. Roof again. It rain and flooded that weekend and my house was now dry and quiet it was awesome.

I had a roof installed on my house and garage on August 28, 2024. The roofing crew arrived early and started however, I had lost power the night before and was setting up a generator when they arrived. Several of the crew helped me place the unit and built a teepee over it with sheets of plywood to protect it from falling shingles. They also moved a heavy planting box away from the house to protect it from falling shingles and moved it back. These guys were great and professional about their jobs and cleaned up everything. The roofs look really nice. Thanks for the great job.

Mr. Roofs team were able to come out within a week and were able to replace two skylights and my roof in less than 12 hours. Happy with their team and as of now the outcome of the roof. No storms as of yet to verify the work but I remain optimistic.

Salesman Tony came to check out my roof , he looked inside and outside ,took pictures to show just what we needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy . Adhm ,was a pleasure to talk to knowledgeable as well . Christian called and showed up checking everything was going well .

The work crew were great fast efficient , hard workers . Did a great job on the cleanup.

I’ve used Mr Roof, before. This time I needed a complete new roof, due to wind damage. They came out and looked physically and also sent a drone up for pictures to show home owners. Scheduled job. They let me know when materials would be dropped off and when work was to begin. Materials dropped off early on a Thursday. The next morning a crew showed up. 2 men and 1 woman. 1500sqft home. Started at 8am and were completely done by 3pm. Every single piece of trash was picked up and magnet roller used for nails. Trailer picked up around 4pm. Excellent excellent company to use. No pressure to even pay when completed. They said the office will send you the final bill. They did about a week later. Also to mention before crew left, Joey in charge of QC came out got on roof. Checked all over and also took pictures to show me. I can’t say anything but great. Job!!!!

From the sales process, the installation through to the final inspection, this has been a GREAT overall experience. Michael Sharpe, the salesman, was thorough along with a professional presentation. Michael and I clicked right away and was not pushy at all which is why I signed a contract with Mr Roof on the spot! The crew that came to my home to install the roof worked their butts off. They started at 7 a.m. and were cleaning up at 8 p.m. My roof was installed in one day! If you are looking for a new roof, give Mr Roof a call. Very happy customer here!

Having been a customer of Mr. Roof since early 2011, we have their products all over the place – gutter replacement, downspouts, windows throughout the house, doors throughout the house, balcony doors, siding of the entire house. All done by great people with quality work. Whenever – over the years – there was a little damage or question, Mr. Roof was there for us in a timely fashion. Now, the recent SAT evening storm did damage to the siding – high on top. One call and (with some visuals of the damage) one email to Mr. Roof on MON morning did the trick: email response was received back the same day for some clarification. Phone contact on TUE, repair on TUE. Covered under warranty. Thank You, Mr. Roof (Scott and Team)!!!

My project lead person was Joey. He kept me informed thru the completion of the installation of my roof replacement.

Mr Roof has been great to work with. From start to finish, each member of the team has made the process easy and transparent. About 12 years ago I had my roof replaced with Mr. Roofs Thunderguard shingles with a lifetime warranty. I have had zero problems, and my roof was in good shape after the ten year inspection. Ten years ago I also had my siding replaced, and about three weeks ago discovered a hole in the siding. Fortunately I had saved some left over siding so it matched perfectly. Contacted Mr. Roof and after a little conversation, they came to my home (in the middle of winter) and were able to replace the damaged piece of siding, and fix another small problem where a piece of the siding had fallen off. This company stands behind their work and their employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

Had someone come by to offer an estimate after several houses in the area were damaged by a storm. The team that came to do the estimate where professional courteous and friendly. They climbed onto the roof for inspection and didn’t just fly a drone over the house. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me there was no damage after the inspection and didn’t do a hard pressure sales pitch! How GREAT to find a group that just wanted to help us out. I would definitely recommend the group and will call them if I ever need any roofing work.
