After tornado season in December 2021 I had a handful of roof tiles come up and a hole in my siding. I called for repair of my roof and they were also able to repair my siding – which was perfect. Also, since rain was expected, the workers came before my appointment and tarped the area to insure no additional damage would occur before my scheduled repair date. That is quality service and I would definitely call them again if needed.

I’m so happy! They did a great job, cleaned up behind themselves, they were so professional and great pricing. I know who I’m going to contact when I ready for new siding.

John Austin inspected my roof in July 2024; he’s a straight shooter, experienced and knowledgeable. You’ll come away having learned more roofing in a half hour than you may have ever known before. He’s an outstanding representative of the Mr. Roof organization, and I glad I scheduled with them.

Out of all the quotes that we received, Mr. Roof was $10K less than the other second lowest option. They offered various payment plans, providing financial flexibility on top of their already stellar affordability. The cheerful staff quickly finished the job in one day and took care to not damage our landscaping and garden beds. We worked with Scott Abrams and he was extremely professional and respectful during his visit and for any follow up.

I just had a new roof installed on our house and garage by Mr. Roof. It looks awesome. I can’t say enough about how great the salesperson and installation team were to deal with. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions, and made me feel secure about my decision to choose Mr. Roof. The installation team showed up in just a couple of days around 8:30 am. They worked extremely hard and stayed with the whole project until completion around 5 pm. They did a superb job tearing out my old roof, replacing wood, and installing the new roof in just one day. And to top it off, they cleaned everything up and swept my cement and lawn for metal. And now, no more leaks! Very impressive outcome! I highly encourage you to use Mr. Roof for your roofing project. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted Mr. Roof to provide an estimate for storm damage to my roof. Eric arrived at the scheduled time and immediately got to work surveying the situation. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He listened to and answered all of of my questions. He went over multiple scope-of-work options without pressure selling. His professionalism was appreciated. Overall, it was a great estimate experience.

Matthew Young, my salesman, came to my to rescue every time my buyers remorse surfaced. Mario & his team of men repaired every shortcut that our builder took, along with the damage it caused. When we were getting estimates, Adam was helpful and easy to work with and he answered all our questions, along with some we didn’t know to ask! It’s winter, and we weren’t expecting for work to start until later, but first week of March, Devon called to let us know they’d be here Monday if that worked for us. Lonnie stopped by to introduce himself as the project manager, along with Joey, and Monday at sunrise they’re here in force! It’s a big roof but they removed all the old roof and put on the new one that same day. It took 11 hours, but they finished! They cleaned up all the nails and debris – you’d never know they’d been here! And a 20 year warranty! Who could ask for more??

Contacted Mr Roof Grand Rapids MI new roof for my house and garage. Nick/Estimater responded quickly for estimate and explanation of issues with my house roof that was not even five years old. The schedule called with installation date, so I could have my leaf guard removed three days before installation. Shingles delivered day before and dumpster day installation. Eight man crew arrived at 7:00 am and started removing old roof. They had new roof on house and garage completed by 11:30 am. They put tarps down and did excellent cleanup of my yard. I would recommend this company for their professional service, excellent materials and they warranty for life any issues with roof.

Andrea in main office was very thorough on our correspondence. Took care of our matter very fast and efficiently. Great service.

Jon arrived on time to give me estimate & go over options. Very thorough & friendly. Crew arrived as scheduled & worked all day. They had to return next day for final touches. Everything was properly cleaned up when they left.

After speaking with and getting promises from several roofing companies, we spoke with John Austin from Mr. Roof and we were very impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. We were in negotiations with another company going on 6 months. Needing a new roof, I contacted Mr. Roof and received a response the same day. Ryan came out (did an exceptional job) and within the span of a week and a half, we

had a new roof! The team that put on the roof was courteous and respected our landscaping and the area around the parameter. They cleaned up afterwards and even came out the following day to make sure everything looked right. And, most of all the roof looks great! I also appreciate the commitment and communication from the project manager, Cody. He was responsive and understanding with my questions. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Roof.

First of All they beat (All) of the Crazy Estimates on my small hip roof. Had small problem with bath room vent hookup their service Guy came out evaluated it came back with everything necessary and went Above and beyond to Correct the small problem that may not have been their fault. I’m a happy Customer and think it would have been insane going ( Anywhere) else .Thank Mister Roof and All their Crews .I’m happy !!

George, the salesman was friendly, honest and pointed out details that others did not. The price was fair and competitive. The fact that Mr. Roof has been around for a LONG time and isn’t going to be out of business in a year or two if there was a problem and I needed to use the warranty. The work was done quickly and everything was spotless when they finished. Very pleased with my new roof.

From sales all the way to the installation and inspection process was perfect. They were professional, friendly, and explained thoroughly all the steps that they will do through installation. Highly recommend to my family and friends and anyone who needs a new roof!!

Great job and a fair price

Saw one of there booths at the Plymouth fall festival, filled out the card. I received a call on the following tuesday as the gentleman advised. I scheduled appointment, received a call day prior as a reminder. I wasn’t able to make it so my wife and daughter met with him, they were treated with respect and evertthing explaned clearlly. My wife called me and I talked with the salesmen, he ran throught the options, Very competive on pricing, ill note not the cheapest wihich is not always the best thing. Here is the best part, they show up on time with a large crew and all equipment at 7:30 am, done and gone at 2:30 pm and absolutely no trace of them left behind not one nail or debris, only thing left was a beautiful new roof on a 1300 square foot house. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant older man came out to give me a estimate on my roof wow he is in his late 70’s and claimed up that ladder like it was nothing he put these younger generations in shame when I decide with my roof probably go with Mr Roof

I have used Mr. Roof twice, once for new gutters and again for a new roof, and I have been pleased with their service both times. Their staff are always friendly, helpful, and punctual. Their consultant, Dave, is amazing! He is kind, patient, and knows his stuff!
