I was able to get scheduled in a week, it rained, but they were able to reschedule the next day. They showed up on time and completed installation in one day. Project manager contacted me throughout the day. Was able to answer all my questions. Very satisfied with my experience

Mr. Eric was punctual for the appointment. He did a whole (top) of the roof with pictures from his drone:) It was really really cool! He did a presentation of the company customer service which was awesome! He listened and answered all my questions with curiosity and professionalism. Kevin from Mr. Roof was great when it came time to use our warranty for the first time! Came out within hours of our initial call to inspect what needed repaired, and then came back the next day to quickly repair the ripped shingle, and looked over the rest of the roof to make sure everything was in great shape. Warranty is already well worth having, especially considering how much wind we’ve had lately!

Eric came to give an estimate for my roof. What a Nice individual! He walked us through the whole process of the type of roofing shingles avaliable, and all the proper components of our roof package and showed us information about Mr Roof. Eric is a wonderful asset to Mr Roof. He answered all of our questions and felt like we were in great hands. Mike came out to inspect our roof and was the nicest guy and went above and beyond and looked over everything and also walked around the house and garage and inspected everything with us and pointed out any damage an was honest an gave advice on filing a claim from the hail storm we had.
